Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, account identifier, ruler name and authentication information. Email/password sign-in is handled by our authentication service. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive identity information needed to sign you in, such as your identifier and email address; we do not receive your Google password.
• Gameplay: your kingdom, in-game map position, resources, troops, buildings, research, trophies, awards, clan membership, battles, marches, events, rewards and activity timestamps. Map positions are game coordinates, not your physical location.
• Content you submit: optional portraits, chat messages, clan messages and mail, private messages, image attachments, reactions, player reports and support correspondence.
• Purchases: purchase references, products, gem grants, subscription status, payment customer identifiers and refund or dispute information. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details are entered through Stripe's payment interface; the game database does not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: hosting and network services receive connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to serve the game. Error diagnostics may contain error messages and technical context. Your device stores sign-in sessions, preferences, tutorial status, referral codes and some kingdom layout information.

2. How information is used

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, save and synchronize progress, run multiplayer features and rankings, deliver purchases and rewards, manage subscriptions, handle reports and support, maintain security and investigate errors or abuse. Email is used for account confirmation and password recovery. Referral information attributes invitations and rewards.

3. What other players can see

Your ruler name, portrait, clan identity and selected gameplay information can be visible to other players through maps, rankings, battles and social features. World chat is visible to players who can access it. Clan chat, images and mail are intended for the relevant clan; private messages are intended for their participants. Authorized operators may access stored information for support, safety or moderation. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in messages, images, names or clan descriptions.

4. Providers and disclosures

Throneclash uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication, database and file storage; Google for optional sign-in; Stripe for web payments and subscription management; and Lovable AI Gateway and its model provider for the optional advisor. The site also loads Google Fonts. These services process information needed for their respective functions and may process it in countries other than yours. Their privacy terms also apply to their services.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or when necessary to investigate fraud, enforce game rules or protect players and the service.

5. Optional AI advisor

If you request AI raid advice, the kingdom and rival information submitted for that request is sent to Lovable AI Gateway and its AI model provider to generate a response. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. You can play without requesting advice. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable service terms.

6. Device storage and permissions

Local storage supports sign-in and game preferences, not an advertising profile. Clearing browser or app storage removes device-local preferences and layouts but does not delete your account or server-saved progress. Images are uploaded only when you choose to upload them. The game does not require access to your contacts or physical location.

7. Retention and security

Account and gameplay records are retained to maintain your persistent kingdom. Messages, uploaded content, reports and purchase records may remain stored after sign-out. Signing out or uninstalling does not automatically delete them. Records may need to be retained for payment, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. Providers may have separate retention obligations, and backups may remain until they cycle out.

We use authenticated access controls, restricted file storage and secure connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security; keep your sign-in credentials private.

8. Choices and privacy requests

You can change your ruler name and portrait, adjust chat settings, block players, sign out and recover your password. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict processing. Contact Gauntlet MG below for assistance, including account and associated-data deletion requests. Ownership may need to be verified; never send your password or full card details.

Account deletion is not currently self-service in the game. A request is not completed merely by signing out, uninstalling or contacting us. Information that must be retained for legitimate payment, security or legal reasons will be addressed during review. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a separately managed subscription; use the billing provider's subscription controls.

9. Children’s information

If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a child has provided personal information through Throneclash, contact Gauntlet MG to request review and removal where appropriate. Do not post a child's personal information in game chat or public profile content.

10. Policy changes

This policy may be updated when features, providers or data practices change. The current policy and updated date will remain available on this page. Check this page for the latest version.
