Terms and Conditions

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or playing Throneclash on the web or in the mobile app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account, keeping your sign-in details private and all activity under it. One person should not use accounts to gain an unfair advantage, and accounts may not be sold, traded or shared.

3. Player conduct

Do not harass, threaten or abuse other players; post hateful, sexual, illegal or personal information; impersonate others; spam; cheat, use bots, scripts or exploits; interfere with the game's servers; or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Report bugs and exploits instead of using them. We may remove content, mute chat, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Virtual items and currency

Gems, resources, troops, gear, VIP benefits and other in-game items are a limited licence to use within Throneclash. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game. Game balance, item values and features may change over time.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown before you buy. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Items are delivered after payment is confirmed. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them through the billing controls, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Except where required by law, purchases are final. If an item was not delivered or you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in removal of the purchased items or account suspension.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of names, portraits, messages and images you submit, and give Gauntlet MG permission to store and display them in the game as needed to run it. You must have the right to share anything you upload.

7. Our game

Throneclash, including its artwork, music, code and name, belongs to Gauntlet MG or its licensors. Some artwork, audio and in-game dialogue are created with AI tools. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the game.

8. Availability and changes

The game is an online service and may be updated, paused, changed or ended. Events, realms, rankings and rewards can change. We may update these Terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Gauntlet MG is not liable for indirect losses or loss of in-game progress or items, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous six months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Unused virtual items are lost when an account is closed.
